Final Sale Policy

All Du Zol purchases are final sale.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and limited production runs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing concerns, styling preferences, or general wear.

Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Items Only

Return requests will be reviewed only if an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipping.

To be eligible:

   1. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

   2. Items must be unworn, unused, and unaltered

   3. Original packaging must be included

Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.

Items That Never Qualify for Return

Worn, altered, or damaged items

Personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or special-order pieces

Damage caused by improper care, water, chemicals, or impact

Items returned without original packaging

Normal wear and handcrafted variations

Return Request Process

Contact support@duzoljewelry.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Inspection & Resolution

All approved returns undergo quality inspection. If approved, Du Zol may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund to the original payment method at its discretion. Processing may take 10 -14 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
