Final Sale Policy
At Du Zol, each piece is handcrafted in limited quantities using 950 Peruvian silver. Due to the nature of our production and materials, all purchases are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, sizing preferences, styling decisions, or general wear.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, a return request may be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items will not be accepted for return under any circumstances:
• Worn, altered, or damaged items
• Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces
• Damage resulting from improper care, exposure to water, chemicals, or impact
• Items returned without original packaging
• Natural variations due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry
Return Request Process
To request a review, please contact support@duzoljewelry.com with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Inspection & Resolution
All approved returns are subject to inspection. If approved, Du Zol may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund to the original payment method at its discretion. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
