Du Zol currently ships to the United States. Shipping destinations may expand in the future.

Processing & Shipment

Orders are processed after payment is received in full. Processing times may vary due to limited production and demand.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Du Zol is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Transfer of Responsibility

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. Du Zol is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Return-to-Sender or Refused Delivery

If an order is returned to Du Zol due to an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery refusal, or failure to retrieve the package, the order will be considered a final sale.

If the item is returned in original condition, Du Zol may, at its discretion, issue a refund or store credit minus original shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Repeated return-to-sender incidents may result in refusal of future orders.
